I’ve got a pub which has traded well for two years but it isn’t really generating the income I think it should. In your experience, would taking on another pub help with cash flow.

Yes, initially I feel that it’s a good idea, but you need to remember that cashflow and profit are two separate issues. The figures and projections for the additional premises first have to be studied to ascertain, that the premises will, in the first year, breakeven, then go on to make profit.
